Čtyřřadá kuželíková ložiska jsou speciální víceřadá ložiska o čtyřech řadách kuželíků. Ložiska přenáší kombinovaná (radiální a axiální) zatížení a to nízkých až středních rychlostech. Používají se téměř výhradně v aplikacích spojených s válcováním např. válcovací stolice v průmyslových podnicích.
